Located in a small village next to Sveti Lovreč, just 15 minutes drive from Poreč and 25 minutes drive from Rovinj. Modern villa with a big swimming pool and a jacuzzi, overlooking the field of olive trees. Beautiful Villa Moderna has 2 bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and a TV, 2 fully equipped bathrooms with a washing machine, an air-conditioned living room with a big screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Outside the house is a large terrace with a lounge and an outside dining table, continuing to a large garden with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. An electric car charger is available on site!
Villa Moderna is located in a private secluded field at the end of the small village of Orbani, next to Sveti Lovreč (San Lorenzo). A peaceful neighbourhood with an open view of an olive tree field offers a great opportunity to relax your body and mind.
