Vila Nina nalazi se u borovoj šumi s prekrasnim pogledom na Sumartinsku uvalu i otok Hvar. Čisto more sa prekrasnim plažama nalazi se nadomak vile kao i blizina autohtonih restorana. Vila se nalazi u mirnom i pitoreskom dalmatinskom mjestu. Dobra povezanost sa kopnom (Makarska), te blizina jedne od najljepših svjetskih plaža Zlatni rat na Bolu.
