This fully renovated traditional stone house is situated in a small village Mali Vareški, it has a private heated pool and outdoor fitness equipment. The indoor area of 160 square meters is designed in a unique modern style and offers full comfort, it really makes you feel at home. Villa Nola has 3 bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms with showers on the first floor. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, 4th bedroom with a double bed, and one guest toilet. Behind the house is a 40 square meters covered space with a summer kitchen and dining area overlooking the fully fenced garden with a private pool (40m2). The pool can be heated on request for additional charge and has a hydro massage and kids' pool. In the garden area, there is also an outdoor gym, a children's playground, a big terrace, and a traditional stone-made water well. There is a parking space for 4 cars, of which 2 are covered. The Villa is fully air-conditioned. A free Wi-Fi connection is available. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms. 2 sun umbrellas, and 4 parking spaces available. Children's pool with a smaller depth available. Outdoor sports facilities, trampoline, badminton and table football available. All TVs are SMART TVs. Board games, chess and books to read are available. Additional information: Pool heating with heat pump available on request at an additional cost of 200eur per week or 30eur per day, payable in cash at check in. A 300 eur security damage deposit collected in cash at check in and returned to the guest in cash at check out if everything is okay. Extra 9th person allowed upon request, extra charge of 50eur/day if adult and 20eur/day if child or baby, payable in cash at check in.
