Villa Nux is a designer single-storey villa located in a small village Rafaeli near Porec, Istria. The villa Nux perfectly accommodates up to 5 guests (ideal for 4). The villa features two en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area, and a spacious covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and Kamado Joe BBQ. Large glass doors connect every room directly to the garden and private 30 m² swimming pool. Set at the end of a quiet road in a small village, the villa offers complete privacy and includes a dedicated private parking area.
Hi, I’m Vera! Originally from Komarna in southern Croatia, I’ve been living in Poreč since 2004. I work in the Croatian hotel industry and run a travel blog, Frank About Croatia, where I share my favorite places across the country. We love camping and spend our free time traveling with our caravan. I’m happy to answer any questions about Poreč, Istria, or Komarna, and will do my best to make your stay a great one. The villa is set in the peaceful village of Rafaeli, just 8 km from Poreč and 6 km from Višnjan. With fewer than a dozen houses, the village is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and forest, offering a serene backdrop for scenic walks and cycling. Our house sits at the very end of the village, with only one immediate neighbor, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
