Villa Ocean Breeze is located in the center of the village. For everyday shopping there is a supermarket right next door. With Villa Ocean Breeze you can expect a modern, high-quality and tasteful ambience. A pleasant climate is guaranteed with the existing air conditioning units. On the first floor of the villa there is a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, fully automatic coffee machine), a living room, a separate WC and a bedroom with bathroom on suite as well as an exit to the spacious terrace. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms each with bathroom en suite. Each bedroom has access to a balcony with sea views. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities on this level. On the top floor is the 100sqm roof terrace with sea views. Here you will find another fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You also have the opportunity to use our fitness equipment here. The sun loungers invite you to enjoy the sun or to end the day on the spacious lounge with the beautiful sunsets. The villa also has a very nice pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
