*From 01.10. of the current year, the pool will no longer be heated! Villa Ora is a single-story holiday home located in the small village of Režanci in central Istria. Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 guests, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The fenced yard features a private 32 m² pool with sun loungers, a terrace with an outdoor dining table, and a barbecue. There is also a large volleyball and badminton court with a sports surface. The villa offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, TV, and secured parking on the property.

Neighbourhood information

It is 7 km from the historic town of Svetvinčent, famous for the Morosini-Grimani Castle and other cultural attractions, while coastal locations are easily accessible by a short drive. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surrounding area: cycling, visits to local wineries and wine tasting, exploring historic towns, and water sports such as sailing and diving.
