More to that, we are the second generation in which tourism has become our passion and our commitment. Furthermore, we are keeping custody of every villa we are offered to take care of, in which, our goal is to create exclusive-only circle of holiday villas. Villa Orada is a lovely holiday home in the peaceful village of Krnica, in the Istria region of Croatia. It is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy nature. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and offers everything you need for a comfortable and fun vacation.
Krnica is a small and quiet village surrounded by nature. It has stone houses, olive trees, and clean air. The area is great for walking, biking, or exploring the Istrian countryside. Even though it is peaceful, everything you need is close by. The villa is only 300 meters from the center of the village, where you can find restaurants, a supermarket, and small local shops.
Villa Orada is also close to the sea. The nearest beach is only 2.5 km away, so you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing anytime you want. But if you prefer to stay at the villa, the private swimming pool is a great place to relax. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower, which is very useful on hot summer days.
Outside the villa, there is a nice dining area for 6 people. Here you can eat meals together, enjoy the fresh air, or have a barbecue using the charcoal grill. The garden is peaceful and private, perfect for spending time with your family or friends. There are also 3 private parking spaces for your cars.
Inside the villa, you will find 3 cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and is simply but nicely furnished. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
For children, and for adults who like to play, the villa offers board games and table tennis. It’s a fun way to spend time when you're not at the pool or beach.
Villa Orada is a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and fun. It gives you a quiet place to rest, but also many things to do. Whether you want to explore Istria, enjoy the beach, or just stay by the pool, Villa Orada is a great choice for your holiday.
