The newly constructed Villa Osmium is surrounded by greenery and is suited for your well-deserved exclusive vacation. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Another relaxing retreat can also be found in the elegantly fenced garden complex with its own pool and views of olive trees. Rooms with modern furnishings, comfortable beds, three spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, offer you a lot of cosiness and high comfort. We didn´t forget the details: Villa-Osmium has two free private parkings, WiFi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, electric grill, a fully equipped and stylish kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), washing machine, high-quality bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, sun loungers, 3x Hair-Dryer and much more. Adorned with an indoor fireplace in the living room. Not a classic, but pure pampering!

In Galizana, one of the historical places in Istria, you can still discover the soul of Istria. Villa-Osmium is situated only 5.5 km away from the beautiful pebble beach in Fazana and Valbandon. One of the rarest sandy beaches in Istria you can find 20 km away. Two Mediterranean cities with plenty of sights and attractions are also not far away: Pula is only 8,5 km away and to Rovinj there are 28,7 km. The nearest airport (Pula) is 13 km away. You will for sure not starve – the best Croatian pizzeria (Award 2018) is only 4 km away. For all the sports people - you find jogging routes infron of the Villa or Fitnessstudio with air-condition only ca. 200 m away. The small mini market you can reach in 550 m.
