The villa lends itself perfectly to the enjoyment of both the indoors and the outdoors of Makarska's Mediterranean. We hope the offer will fulfill some of the demand that exceeds Makarska's current state. The wide living space, indoor and outdoor dining areas, chic bedrooms, and gorgeous deck space have all been designed to give amazing, unabated views. A private pool, which is temperature-adjusted and the outdoor lounge chairs allow you to enjoy and relax in the unending sights and sounds of Makarska. The villa has an indoor area of 380m2 across three floors, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms for up to 8 people ( can be + baby). On the ground floor is located the beautiful temperature-adjusted heated pool ( heated from 28.04 till 25.10) and BBQ, the penthouse has a large terrace with a Jacuzzi which continuous views of the city, sea, islands, and the mountain. 30 meters to the market, 5-minute mins to the beach by WALK, 12 mins to the main square by walk!! Restaurants, pharmacy, beach, town, clubs, bars...everything nearby. Makarska is a beautiful vacation town, come and enjoy!
