The old stone house(50m2 indor space), located 5 meters from the sea, consist of: two rooms and place to rest/Tv (with sofa/folding bed), kitchen and bathroom. All around the house are fanced terrace or garden area; there are also stone grill, outdoor shower and two deck chairs. Part of the terrace(with a concrete table and grill) is covered. The house is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi internet, LCD SAT Tv, stove, microwave.... Privat parking place is 250m from the house(the house is in the first row to the sea, and in front of the houses passes only a concrete walkway(and for a stroller, approx. 1.5 – 2,5m wide)! A sandy beach is also here in the bay.
