Villa Porta Maris is situated at the very entrance to the city of Zadar. Its terrace offers a panoramic view of the city and the islands. In the natural surroundings of your own garden of approx. 800 m2, you can enjoy complete peace and privacy, and at the same time stay close to all tourist attractions and historical sights. The proximity of the airport and the sea port, excellent road connections to other tourist destinations are also some of the benefits. In this villa, you can enjoy the privacy of the outdoor pool, and the interior is equipped for a comfortable stay for a family or a small group.
The villa is located in an absolutely quiet location with a view of the Zadar archipelago. The location is ideal for spending your vacation with family or good friends. If your favorite song is played a little bit louder at the pool, nobody will be bothered by it. Nearby you can find the shopping center - Supernova- which, with its variety of shops, has everything to offer that you didn't think of when planning your holiday.
