The villa is located on the seashore, a perfect example of traditional Mediterranean style. The building dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2009. The villa has 260 m2 of living space, in front of it is the blue Adriatic Sea, and a private beach equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. It is fully air-conditioned, the maximum number of guests is nine, while the optimal is seven. It consists of the ground floor, first and second floor. The ground floor has a living room that includes a sofa, sofas, TV, and fireplace. Next to it is an equipped kitchen where you will prepare your favourite dishes and try them in the dining room with eight seats. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with one small lounge, while on the second floor there is another bedroom, a bathroom, and an intermediate space with another bed.
