On the beach with a unique view of the sea from the balconies - Villa Punta is located not far from the lively old town of Zadar. With a beach towel under their arm and sunglasses on their satisfied face, the guests of the house enjoy the exclusive advantage of being close to the beach and the sea right on their doorstep. The sparkling and crystal-clear water invites you to linger and swim. The bright, spacious rooms of the air-conditioned holiday apartments and the balconies with a direct sea view make this villa something very special.

Ika & Franko and the younger son Ante are the contact persons and hosts on site. Guests are welcomed in a multilingual and hospitable manner, tips are given, information material is made available and a relaxed stay is ensured. The older son Zeljko lives with his wife Christine in Germany. She is also the one who takes care of guest inquiries, the booking process and customer service before the stay at Villa Punta and is happy to provide answers and information. Luna has been with us since January 2023 and supports our team in the areas of marketing, social media and consulting. Puntamika is a part of the city located by the sea in the western part of Zadar. Known for its beautiful beaches, luxurious villas and the only lighthouse located on the coast, Puntamika is especially attractive for anyone who wants to enjoy the charms of the Adriatic Sea and the beautiful pebble beach and the well-maintained promenade along the coast.
