Villa Rita, a modern oasis, ideal for a relaxing vacation, is located in the small Istrian village of Diminići, on a hillside, just 2 km from the first beach. Inside the fully fenced property you will find a swimming pool with crystal clear water, sun loungers, outdoor shower, terrace, dining table ... and a beautiful sea view. The newly built house is organized as follows: On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and an extra toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In each bedroom there is room for two people, which means that the house has a capacity of 10 guests. The interior is fully air-conditioned. Truly, we think that Villa Rita has everything you need for genuine unwinding.
