Villa Roža in Krmed is a romantic, air-conditioned and modern villa for an intimate or family holiday. Absolute privacy is provided by a fence around the property. The pool is just a few meters from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Quiet and peaceful environment of country life is enhanced with the singing of birds and the a gentle, refreshing breeze in the trees. For children there are swings, badminton, frisbee and a trampoline. Beautiful beaches and small private bays are only 15 minutes away. You can spend sunny days lying in the sun or in the shade of a parasol, in the pool or in the sea, trips to the surroundings or walks in the meadows and forests.

Neighbourhood information

Krmed is a small village, with friendly people, in a quiet area. Around the village there are many meadows and forests, with hiking and cycling trails. The sea and the beautiful west coast of Istria with romantic sunsets are 15 minutes by car from Villa Roza. The nearby beaches are long, there are many bays with beautiful pebble beaches. Within 30 to 35 minutes all interesting places in Istria are accessible, such as Rovinj. Pula, Svetvinčenat, Poreč, Motovun...
