Villa Samanta is located in the village of Momjan and can accommodate up to 6 persons. This stunning property built in modern rustic style, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The house has 120 m2 and the size of the yard is 700 m2In the outdoor area, guests can spend time at the private pool, which is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. This beautifully house is spread over the ground and first floor. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom while on the first floor there are two bedrooms with queen size beds and a bathroom. The yard is completely fenced and dogs are allowed with extra charge. Private parking for 2 cars is also available to guests.

Neighbourhood information

The town of Momjan (Momiano in Italian) in northwestern Istria, just south of the Slovenian border, is situated on a hilltop commanding incredible vistas of Istria's interior and the sea. Visit a 15th-century church and the ruins of a 13th-century cliff-top castle, or stop for a meal in numerous restaurants nearby, visit wine tastings in one of the famous local wineries or just take a walk in the beautiful nature surrounding the town. The nearest beach (pebble) is situated cca 15 km away in Kanegra. Grocery store, post office, supermarkets, bus station or a bank are all situated in a nearby city of Buje (cca 6 km away). The nearest typical Istrian restaurant is only 100 m away from the property.
