Villa St. Maria is located in an exclusive position just by the sea. Apartment for guests is on the ground floor. It has a gorgeous view of the sea. The Villa itself is surrounded by a garden with loungers for relaxation. Villa has direct access to the coastal promenade of Lungomare.
Dear guests, my name is Daniela. I am a grateful owner of this piece of paradise. This quiet place with a flourishing garden, which is located near the sea, is ideal for deep relaxation and quiet enjoyment. I hope that you will have an enjoyable and pleasant stay in our Villa. Welcome!
Villa St. Maria is situated half way between the center of fashionable Opatija and the fishing village Volosko. In the vicinity of the Villa is a family beach Lipovica. It is a turquoise pebble beach with a children's playground and sand in the water. Villa is about a ten-minute walk from a post office, bank, market, restaurants and coffee bars. Therefore, there is no need for you to drive a car during you stay here.
