WOW !! and NEWLY refurbished for 2023 - Villa Serenitas Family, Group and Pet Friendly Villa + Private Pool - Sleeps 6/8 NEW - Open Kitchen, WOW Living Areas, Private walled Garden, Private Pool, Parking + Sliding Gate for privacy. NEW & WONDERFUL changes to the house. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS !! Villa "Serenitas" in its Latin root word means "Serene, calm & tranquil." This 4 bedroom villa with private pool has spectacular views over the Istrian countryside. The Villa is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It also has a distant sea view and vistas over rolling fields. Outside there is an enclosed south facing patio area for outside dining. The accommodation consists of a spacious and well appointed open plan kitchen, dining and living area. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First floor bedrooms have access to a sun terrace with fantastic views of the countryside. A large supermarket, small shops and local restaraunts are within a 4 minute drive. Porec and Novigrad are seaside towns and only a 10 - 20 minute drive away.
