Villa SMILJANA in Milna, Brač island - is a beautifully newly furnished spacious property (338 m2) with a modern design, large private pool and fabulous views. It has 2 floors, large living room, kitchen and a dining area, 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each room has air conditioning.
Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise), so that applies to villas as well. Due to some bad experiences in the past, young groups of friends under 23 years old are not allowed. This villa is a holiday home, perfect for couples, families, business trips etc. Reservations should be on the weekends during July and August.
