Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with air conditioning, flat screen TV, private bathroom and balcony. Each room is air-conditioned and the villa offers free internet connection. The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate WC-s. It is surrounded by a beautiful, green garden with large private swimming pool with hydro massage (heated in winter period), covered dining area, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue and private parking (for 4 cars). The villa has aswell fitness equippment and treadmill. Hrvatini is a small village near Kringa and 3 km from a town of Tinjan-The Town of Istrian ham Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Region of Istria, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archive and Zarečki krov-known also as Pazin's swimming pool.
