Our four star holiday home is situated in a picturesque private location amidst traditional Istrian olive gardens and Mediterranean meadows. Only six kilometers away from Rovinj historical old town providing vicinity of the city and all the benefits of a peaceful location. The house is located on a 2500m2 plot and is only 15 minutes walk away from beach. On the days where you just feel like staying in, you can rest assured that our home allows for all the comfort and space you could wish for. The city of Rovinj, the pearl of Croatia, is only 10 minute far from the Villa.

Neighbourhood information

Rovinj is a Croatian fishing port on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The old town stands on a headland, with houses tightly crowded down to the seafront. A tangle of cobbled streets leads to the hilltop church of St. Euphemia, whose towering steeple dominates the skyline. South of the old town is Lone Bay, one of the area’s pebble beaches. The Rovinj archipelago’s 14 islands lie immediately off the mainland.
