If you are looking for a quiet area in a convenient location near the historical center of Rovinj, this beautiful villa is the perfect choice for you! The villa consists of five comfortably furnished bedrooms and all with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are conceptually designed and each has its own style. The villa is very welcoming. The owners of the house have traveled a lot and decorated the house with furniture, paintings, carpets and other artifacts from different countries. It is fully air-conditioned, has a sauna and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Outside the villa you will find a large swimming pool and a large private parking lot. The villa has a living area of 300 m2 and a large terrace with outdoor dining area. With its great garden it includes over 4000m2 of land. Around the pool there is plenty of space for tanning. We always leave the best for last? Behind the villa you will find a putting green, a 6-hole golf course for practicing putting, where you can enjoy relaxing afternoons with your family and friends. On the property you will also find a golf cage where you can practice your swings. Golf clubs are available in the house. This beautiful villa is surrounded by a fenced Mediterranean garden. It is designed to be used all year round and is extremely energy efficient. It has the certificate 'energy passive house'. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Ideally, the villa can accommodate 10 people. For each additional person (+2) there is an additional fee of 100 euros per person per week. * G
