Villa Vale is a newly furnished holiday home, just minutes from the beautiful beaches on the east coast of Istria. The house has spectacular views over the valley, surrounded by peaceful nature, olive groves, vineyards and small charming stone walls. The villa has 5 newly and beautifully decorated bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. All bedrooms are air conditioned. There are 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer compartment, cozy living room with a large TV and a large dining table. Many large windows provide plenty of light and give you wonderful views of the valley. The large balcony with a dining table is one of the best features of the house. Imagine watching the sunset, enjoying with a cold glass of good Istrian wine, surrounded by complete peace. There is also a private swimming pool with sun loungers in the garden.
The village of Presika is very quiet, with good people who make unique Istrian wine, olive oil, cheese and ham. The beaches and city centre is just a few minutes drive.
