The house is on the sunny side of resort, in the center of the city. Comfortable for making holidays, or just overnights. Restaurants, museum, aquarium, children playgrounds, sport activities and beach just on the hand. In the year 2016 we get extra quality label "KVARNER FAMILY". These house rules have been compiled in accordance with general practice in tourism and in full compliance with the requirements of the "Kvarner Family" Brand of quality system.
Each apartment has his own private entrance , so every family has its privacy and keys . Car parking is free secured by video control, closed and locked. Family Parat live in the ground floor and take care of the house and the guests. For every question they are at the disposal their guests. If the guests like to prepare barbecue, or like to sitting in the garden they can offer them the cold drinks, on request. Children are welcome! Garden using on request as well as barbecue.
The house set up in the center of the city. The view is to the sea and to the island Krk , as well the city gardens and quiet street. The house is turned to the sea and sunny side, on the main street in the city. Nearby is Aquarium, 3 banks, museum, a few hotels, many restaurants, post, city market, lot of caffees, 3 steps to the main beach and walking promenade.
