Welcome to Villa Vistas! This brand new property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood called Pobri located in the town of Opatija. It consists of 2 luxurious apartments, each with breathtaking views of the Kvarner Bay, islands Krk, Cres, forest views and it is surrounded with other private properties. We have started our renovation process in 2022 and have completed construction in spring 2025.  During the renovation and building process our main goal was to create a beautiful and versatile space. We are conveniently located 4-minute drive from downtown Opatija, a little fisherman village called Volosko and its beaches. Interior was chosen with careful attention to detail which creates a unique ambiance and welcoming atmosphere. Open space living room with a kitchen gives guests plenty of space to enjoy while cooking or relaxing on a couch. Each kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning/heating systems and wall-mount controlled blackout blinds for sleep and complete privacy. When booking an apartment, you will also have access to our outdoor shared areas. There is a covered poolside dining area with the dining table and benches along with an outdoor chef's kitchen that consists of a refrigerator, sink area, ice maker and gas BBQ grill. Single sun beds, sun umbrellas and solar shower are located on the gorgeous spacious terrace by the pool. Relax in the alluring seasonal outdoor swimming pool size 9X4 that overlooks the city of Rijeka and Kvarner Bay. Villa has high-speed fiber optic internet throughout the interior and around the pool area. Parking is free of charge. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our property!
