Villa Vita near Labin boasts a large garden with a freestanding pool, comfortable outdoor deck chairs, as well as an outdoor summer kitchen, barbecue and dining table. In the newly built romantic cottage there is a living room, kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large covered porch in front. An additional bathroom is located near the additional dinner area.
There is also a hot tub in an enclosed space, so you can relax regardless of the weather. The price for the jacuzzi is 150 euro for 1 week, 200 for 2 weeks and 250 for 3 weeks.
Nestled amidst a 4000 sqm garden and forest, this pet-friendly retreat offers a pool, charcoal grill, and a shaded forest. The villa features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and air-conditioned interiors. With access to the garden, pool, and apartment, you'll experience true tranquility. Safe parking is available, and the location is just 10 minutes from the sea. Perfect for families and friends, this villa is a nature lover's paradise.
Pets are accepted under request(1 pet max) and the fee is 10 euro per day.

The whole property is surrounded by forests and meadows. The area is quite quiet and peaceful. About 250 meters from the house there is an interesting cave that you can visit.
By car in a few minutes you can easily reach Labin. In Labin there are three supermarkets, two gas stations, many restaurants, a wonderful old town center and a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay. The east coast of Istria is known for the most brilliant see in the Adriatic. You can choose among the numerous beaches, and we recommend Rabac and the long pebble beach.
