Property information

This beautiful villa with pool situated in a small village in central Istria offers a unique experience to guests who want to experience a real rural ambiance. From the garden where is the pool and barbeque, the villa offers a staunching view on the local area and mountains. The villa consists of four bedrooms for a total of 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utilities, oven, microwave, water kettle, etc. One bedroom is on the ground flour and the other three are on the first floor, where there is also one bathroom with a shower. On the ground level is the kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom. There are 3 air conditions in the villa and enough space to park two cars in the villa courtyard.

One of the most beautiful views in Istria stretches from Vižinada. At its very entrance, from the hill of St. Tomas, there are beautiful views on vineyards growing on red and white earth, gentle wooded hills full of various fruits, on which are Motovun, Završje and other numerous stone towns, green fields dotted with flowers and valley of the river Mirna. Its streets eagerly await every traveler, offering history and attractions that few towns can offer.
