We check all properties personally, take our own photos and provide our customers with correct information about the location and the villas. The villas are under contract with Istrabook and they all have permits issued by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia. Our property management employee Tina Haid is your contact person and can be reached on site at any time in your holiday destination.

Enter the stylish Villa Spa 1 living area from the terrace and feel at home in the open living room with a sofa bed, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms complete the first floor. The upper floor consists of two more bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms.
