On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. From the balcony of this large house, furnished with rustic furniture from all over the world, offers a view of the western coast of Istria and the sea in the distance. The house also offers a pool (50 m2) with deck chairs. Private parking is in front of the house. A large country garden with outdoor furniture and a dining table in the shade of oaks will delight guests. The villa is located on a gentle hill, in a very quiet location with lots of greenery. Shops and restaurants are 5 km away and the nearest beach is a 25-minute drive away. Young groups and parties are not allowed

Due to its ideal position and good traffic connections with the cities of the western coast of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar), it attracts many tourists and nature lovers. Recommended for cycling enthusiasts, there are many marked biking trails nearby that connect the famous historic Istrian towns.
