Villa Žaneta is equipped and comfortable enough for two families with children (6 adults + 2 children up to 12 years old). Villa Žaneta was created as an idea of our family to create a fairytale house where you can escape and forget about everyday stress. Safety and privacy are guaranteed with a fully fenced yard where is a parking for your car whit built-in automated door. In the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor kitchen where you have a grill and sink, and a beautiful covered gazebo. The house has 4 air conditioners. Cleanliness is most important to us, a meal can be prepared in the kitchen. We are most proud of the completely private pool where you are protected from view. The whole house is at guests' disposal.
I am available by e-mail or mobile phone. I am an approachable and communicative person, ready to help and answer all inquiries. We are always available to guests if they want something, we like to organize a grill if they want.
The house does not have access to public transport, the guest must have a car. The shop is 2 km away and the town of Crikvenica 6km. Parking is free and private inside the yard. The area where the house is offers the opportunity for hiking, fishing, cycling in nature.
