Comfortable and modernly equipped house, on the ground floor there is one double room , living area with barbecue area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with modern lines and furniture, an access to the garden and swimming pool. There are six double rooms, the upper floor with its own private bathroom and shower, LCDTV, terrace, and air conditioning. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Premantura, and Nature park Kamenjak. We can also offer you two small baby cots, they are available upon prior request. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The land is enclosed, there is an outdoor swimming pool, next to which is a barbeque with outdoor kitchen and a covered dining area.

This beautiful villa is located in Premantura. Premantura is a small town, known for Cape Kamenjak, a beautiful, protected nature park, with rocky beaches that alternate with the sandy coves. Cape Kamenjak was voted as one of the 10 most desirable destinations in the Mediterranean. Premantura is located 11 kilometers from the city of Medulin, where there are wonderful urban sand beaches and embankments for walking.
