Our modern 71 m² apartment is located only 30 meters from Lake Balaton, with direct access to the lakeshore. The highlight is the 90 m² panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a hammock, and an outdoor shower - perfect for enjoying the beautiful lake view, sunrise, and sunset. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms: - one with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) - one with two single beds (90×200 cm) There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and two toilets, one separate. Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment has an elevator and sliding mosquito nets on all windows and doors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and fridge with freezer. Each room has air conditioning and heating, plus underfloor heating in tiled areas for year-round comfort. Guests enjoy a private free parking space, fast WiFi, and amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, safe, and beach towels. For families, a baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge. Cleanliness is our top priority, as you will experience inside the apartment. However, the terrace is just 30 meters from the lake and surrounded by nature, so at times birds, insects, or the wind may leave small traces — a natural part of being so close to Lake Balaton.
