The Family Villa is the ideal choice if you are looking for a family, baby-friendly, quiet place to relax in a peaceful environment! A detached family house of 90 sqm on a plot of 1100 sqm, with mosquito nets and screens, well equipped kitchen. At the back of the garden is an eco-vegetable garden. Around the house is a lawn. The house is located 23 km from Sopron in the quiet village of Ebergőc. Next to the Győr-Sopron motorway M85, Fertőszentmiklós exit -3 km. Surroundings: quiet, - no through traffic, safe as it is inhabited by reliable people. In the immediate vicinity there is a playground, church, spring water: 50 m away. Adequate for bicycling, fishing as well. The shore of Lake Fertő located at 11 km is easily accessible by bike. Baby - Child friendly accommodation: Highchair, folding baby cot available on place Trampoline, sandpit, swing in the yard. Football adequate place. Bog grill, garden fireplace available. Equipped: Kitchen: induction + electric hob + oven , equipped with dishes, cutlery. Wifi, separate 6 nm bathroom and 1 nm toilet, - 11 sqm bedroom with two separate bed - 20 sqm living room - 2 sofa beds+ 1 pull-out bed - 14 sqm kitchen, 6 nm terrace

It is a pleasure to welcome you to this quiet village accommodation which can become a wonderful place for you and your family to relax! As father of a large family, I have experienced the importance of an independent escape, which I will now try to provide for you.
