Ana Warung (restaurant) & Bungalows is small family owned accommodation on the north end of Gili Meno. Ana started cooking traditional Sasak (the indigenous people of Lombok) cuisine for the first adventurous backpacker’s in 1989. This first warung quickly became popular with all guests to Gili Meno for its good food and relaxed beach culture that enabled all guests to just, “hang-out”.
Together we decided to move our little operation to the quieter north end of the Island, open a small restaurant and build 4 small beach bungalows.

With a population of just 400, Gili Meno is the mellowest of the three islands, and certainly the most in-tune with a desert island ethic. The beaches are much nicer than you will find on Gili Trawangan and Gili Air.
It is hard to imagine why anyone on Gili Meno would want to do anything other than walk. Do just that, slowly. Horse carts (cidomos) are available though, and are useful for getting you and your bags to and from the boat landing.
