Karleta homestay sangat tradisional mulai dari bangunannya yang sederhana, lingkungannya di hiasi dengan bunga dan kebun pisang, kebun sayuran organik seperti labu, pakis, bunga pisang, singkong, keladi juga tatacara tuan rumah melayani tamu menggunakan budaya Asli Manggarai.
Sangat ramah dan sopan pada semua tamu yang datang, melayani dengan sungguh dan tulus dan perlakukan tamu seperti keluarga sendiri tanpa membedakan, dan setiap tamu langsung di suguhkan dengan minum kopi atau teh tambah kompiang kue asli Ruteng.
Kebun sayuran organik, taman bunga dan banana garden jadi tempat tamu bersantai dan menikmati berbagai jenis sayuran dan pisang yang masak di pohonnya, asli super sehat .
