The interior Apartment was designed with Modern Minimalis design, Luxury Marble Floor, and have wide space, comfortable for family and friends to stay and enjoy. The top floor view has beautiful Ocean view and relaxing.

You can visit many places during your stay here, many Shopping Mall and nice restaurant to enjoy. Thank you again
Shopping Mall and restaurants location near the Apartment are: - Just below Educity Apartment have 2 Mini Mart (Convinient Store): Orison and Circle K (24 Hours), to fulfill all daily need of apartment people. - East Coast Mall (2 minutes from Educity) open from 10 AM. Many restaurants and place for shopping.(XXI Cineplex, Hypermart, Starbucks, Solaria, Warung Ipang, A&W, Informa, Ace Hardware, etc). - Food Festival (2 minutes from Educity), A Food court place with many local food tenant. This place open from 5 PM, so only suitable for dinner with friend and family. - Galaxy Mall (10 minutes from Educity) - one of the biggest Mall in East Surabaya, many International restaurants and place for shopping. - Tunjungan Plaza at the Centre of Surabaya (25 minutes from Educity), the biggest Plaza in Surabaya with NEW extention to the Tunjungan Plaza 6. It has many local and International restaurants and place for shopping. - Pakuwon Mall (on the West side of Surabaya, around 60 minutes from Educity). one of the biggest Mall in Indonesia.
