Things to Consider When Visiting Bali Welcome to Bali! As a tropical island in development, there are a few things to keep in mind during your stay: 1. Stray Animals Bali has many stray dogs and cats, so you may see or hear them around the villa. Roosters, birds, and other animals are also common in the area. 2. Wildlife As a tropical destination, Bali is home to various creatures like ants, spiders, lizards, small snakes, and sometimes monkeys. If you find any unexpected visitors in your villa, let us know, and we’ll handle it. Gekkos, which are common in Balinese homes, are considered sacred and bring good luck. They also help keep insects away. 3. Mosquitoes Mosquitoes are common in tropical climates. We provide mosquito nets and UV lights for your comfort. To minimize bites, avoid outdoor activities at dawn and dusk when dengue-carrying mosquitoes are most active, and use mosquito repellent available at local shops. 4. Noise Bali is undergoing rapid development, so you may hear construction, traffic, or nightlife sounds. While we ensure a peaceful environment within our villas, we cannot control external noise from nearby areas. Please note that parties are not permitted in our villas. 5. Security Your safety is our priority. Our villas are equipped with outdoor CCTV cameras, and a security guard monitors the property. When leaving the villa, we recommend using the provided safe for valuables and securing all doors and windows. While we take precautions, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
