This beautiful and charming villa is located in a peaceful area only 10-minute drive from the center of Seminyak. A contemporary Balinese-style villa which allies traditional Javanese Joglo architecture and refined interior design. It is decorated with a unique mix of Asian-influenced and contemporary furniture. Important note: No pets are allowed No smoking allowed at the villa No events, parties or gatherings allowed at the villa - unless the guest pay the Event fee and Banjar fee No visitors are allowed at the villa Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9 pm We love good vibes and music, but please respect our noise policy: no large speakers or DJ equipment are permitted. You’re welcome to use a small Bluetooth speaker for soft background music, provided it’s not audible beyond the property - unless the guest pay the Event fee and Banjar fee

Umalas is only 5 minutes away and Seminyak a 15-minute drive. The beautiful white sand beaches of Seminyak and Batu Belig are located at 15-minute from the property. And the surf scene at Canggu is 20-minute drive. Away from the traffic and buzz, this is actually the ideal location for guests wanting to enjoy their stay in a quiet atmosphere. In the local neighborhood are many spas, cafes and local warungs. In addition it's just a 5-minute drive to many local and international restaurants and bars.
