Welcome to our home, nestled in a peaceful Drumcondra cul-de-sac. Our 5 bedroom home is a perfect blend of urban convenience & seaside serenity, just 2 km from Clontarf's shores. Immerse yourself in the city's vibrant energy, explore the sea breeze, and unwind in our spacious home with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy sitting room. With free parking, a rear garden & easy access to the airport and city center. Clontarf station - 10 min drive, Clontarf Promenade - 10 min drive
Please Note - IDs are required for all Staying Guests within 48 hours of a reservation being made___________________Minimum age of person checking in is 21 years old. Please contact us prior to booking if you would like us to make an exception. Additional Security Deposit will be required of EUR 100 per person, up to a maximum of EUR 1,000 per booking. The age restriction of 21+ only applies if ALL guests are under 21. Families with children are very welcome!__________________________Check-out is by 10:00 am.
