7 Belfort Court, a ground-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, a dining area with dining table and chairs, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, washing machine, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a communal garden and designated parking place for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub.
