Beautiful, light, modern and well equipped apartment located in the perfect position to explore the West of Ireland. Situated on the Westport Quay the apartment is a 25 minute walk away from the centre of Westport town (once voted Irelands favourite town and the best place in Ireland to live!).
This is a most beautiful part of the West coast of Ireland, where there is plenty to do & see. I live nearby with my partner Viki & I enjoy the outdoors and manage a small holding.
The apartment is only a ten minute walk from Westport House and all its attractions and in high season, if you do not fancy the walk, there is a small road train that picks up from the carpark opposite to take you in to Westport House. If you do not wish to venture far from the apartment The Quay has some fantastic boutiques, bars and restaurants that serve the most incredible fresh seafood and other exceptional dishes. There is a souvenir and convenience shop below the apartment and a mini supermarket a few minutes walk away. There is also a Heritage centre along the Quay. The famous holy mountain Croagh Patrick is a short drive away & can be seen from the harbour. There are numerous beaches & places to enjoy watersports nearby as well as trip boats that leave from the Quay. Westport town has great shops, bars & restaurants. Live music is also played at many venues.
