A really comfortable home built 150 years ago. Very peaceful beside the sea and the park.
2 minutes' drive to Blackrock Clinic and 10 minutes' walk. German Embassy within walking distance. 20 minutes' walk to University College Dublin, or 5 minutes' by car.
