Hello! We are Thys and Charlene, originally from South Africa, and now proud to call the beautiful Irish countryside our home. Since settling in Ireland in September 2017, we've opened the doors of our cozy home in Kilmagner to visitors seeking comfort, tranquility, and a touch of rural charm. Kilmagner is nestled in a peaceful setting just 3 km (a 5-minute drive) from the vibrant town of Letterkenny. Our location offers the best of both worlds – quiet countryside views with sheep and cows in the nearby fields, yet close enough to enjoy everything Letterkenny has to offer. Letterkenny is a delightful town filled with shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. For those who love the outdoors, the surrounding area boasts stunning hiking and biking trails. The sea is only a 40-minute drive away, and the scenic Lough Swilly stretches all the way up into the town itself. We’ve made the entire ground floor of our home available to guests.
