The house and furnishings have been specially designed to make the most of the spectacular ocean frontage and views. All windows are picture windows except the magnificent porthole from the SS Laurentic on the second floor.

In pride of place in the Kitchen/ Dining Room is the beautiful Lacanche Range, from Burgundy. The Kitchen is equipped with Smeg and Miele domestic appliances and elegant pottery from Portmerion in Wales. Directly outside is a beautiful Kilkenny limestone flagged Breakfast Patio.
The Living Room fronts the Atlantic, and boasts an ornate mahogany fireplace for cosy evenings reading by the fire. The adjoining Study, with its fine Victorian fireplace, as well as LG 55 in Smart TV.
