In the County Mayo village of Cong, Michaeleen's Manor B&B is located between Lough Mask and Lough Corrib. A traditional Irish breakfast is offered, along with free parking and WiFi and a variety of on-site facilities. This B&B is themed on The Quiet Man film. Each room has a flat-screen TV/DVD, wardrobe, desk and tea and coffee facilities. There is also an en suite shower room with a hairdryer and toiletries. Guests can make use of a shared lounge, a tennis court and a children’s playground. Full Irish breakfast is served, as well as a range of other cooked options including omelettes and scrambled eggs. You can also enjoy homemade bread, cereals, yoghurt and fruit juice. Michaeleen's Manor B&B is a short walk from Cong’s Quiet Man Cottage Museum, which is a tribute to the John Wayne film which was filmed in the village. Around 45 minutes’ drive from the pretty town of Westport, Cong’s attractions include Ashford Castle and Cong Abbey.
