Right to Decline Bookings
Trident Holiday Homes reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel a booking at any stage, including after the final payment has been received.
We do not accept bookings where the purpose or nature of the stay is incompatible with the type or location of the property, or where it may impact the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of nearby residents. This includes—but is not limited to—bookings for workers, underage guests, third-party bookings, or reservations made by charities or similar organisations without full disclosure at the time of booking.
If such information is not disclosed and the booking is deemed inappropriate, we reserve the right to refuse check-in, and any advance payments will be forfeited.
Furthermore, Trident Holiday Homes is not liable if a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer comparable alternative accommodation or a full refund. However, no refund or liability will be provided if a guest is asked to vacate or chooses to leave before the end of their stay.

Energy is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid.
