Located above Delaneys shop / Seanie's Bar in the unique village of Tullaroan, Co. Kilkenny. The property boasts 7 bedrooms [1 king ensuite, 1 triple ensuite, 4 double, 1 single and 2 bathrooms]. Each room has a flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, bed linen and towels. Breakfast is served in the bar downstairs from 8 am until 10:30am & lunch is served from 12:30pm until 3pm. Please be aware, as the B&B is located above a pub there may be noise from live music at weekends. This property has 2 shared bathrooms with shower facilities for guests. The triple room and the deluxe king room have their own ensuite bathroom.

Tullaroan is a small unique Village situated 13km from Kilkenny City and 12km from both Urlingford and Johnstown which are situated off the Cork/Dublin motorway. The Village consists of a shop, 2 public houses, RC church, primary school, Community and GAA field with a playground and walkway.
