Double room available for short term lets, a 2 minute walk from The Village Barn, Tyrrellspass, streetlit all the way, no need for taxis, free parking, very safe, quiet estate. While it is my home I stay elsewhere when I have bookings so guests have full use of the double room and bathroom. 2nd bedroom available upon request. A short walk from Tyrrellspass Castle Restaurant serving food all day. Also convenient for Cloncrow Bog and Village Trail - a 3.5 km circular walk, through this unique peatland habitat and back through the village of Tyrrellspass. There’s a Daybreak shop, off licence and deli just across the road, a Centra convenience store in the village, Bethlehem pizza, pasta, take away and sit down at the entrance to the estate serving many dishes. The village has 3 pubs - Gonouds (5th generation), The Esker Inn which has social dancing Saturday nights and live music Sunday evenings and Willies (at the front of The Village Barn).
