Luxurious 3 double bedroom & 2 bathroom redbrick Georgian house in friendly Ranelagh with its vibrant village feel, abundant pubs & restaurants, beside Luas line & a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Newly renovated. Mid terraced redbrick Georgian house recently renovated to a luxurious standard off The Triangle in Ranelagh adjacent to the Luas station, taxi rank, 3 supermarkets, and countless restaurants and bars on your doorstep, with Dublin bikes (website hidden).

Neighbourhood information

Ranelagh Luas station is 200m from the front door as is the taxi rank. Ranelagh is Dublin's liveliest burrough frequented by Dubliners, but very close to all Dublin tourist attractions. It has numerous reasonably priced restaurants and local pubs with numerous cafes just around the corner. Alledgedly, there are 37 eateries in Ranelagh! There are 3 supermarkets in the immediate vicinity also. Ranelagh Park is just across the road, the Grand Canal approximately 500m away. It is a 20 minute walk to the RDS and Aviva stadium. 12 minute walk to St. Stephens Green.
