Each of these city-center apartments has a great location close to Eyre Square. The property offers free underground parking for one vehicle per apartment. In each apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with cable TV, a dining area and free, secure underground parking. Guests can dine in the Western Bar & Restaurant which is just a minute's walk from the apartments. During their stay, guests have access to Snap Fitness gym for a surcharge. Western Citypoint Apartments is run by Western Hotel, which is located nearby. Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. Please note that all Citypoint Apartments are strictly nonsmoking. Please note, guests are not permitted to bring visitors to the property. Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel, 33 Prospect Hill, H91 Y3FA. Further instructions will be provided upon check-in. Short-term underground parking for check-in at the Western Hotel can be accessed down a ramp from St Bridget's Place. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. There is 1 parking space allocated per apartment. Please note that for bookings of 3 apartments or more, the payment options and cancelation policies are different. The required deposit is 50% at the time of booking and a further 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The property will contact guests shortly after booking to confirm the procedure, along with details regarding the security deposit required upon arrival. Guests that wish to visit the gym must pay a EUR 10 membership fee. Please note, the gym is only open to guests during staffed hours. Please contact Snap Fitness for further information.
